Manchester Family Golf Center

Giving this place 3 stars because the mini golf course itself was nice, as was the Halloween setup, but the staff really ruined our experience. I visit Jackson with my father and brother frequently, and tought it would be a nice place to pass the time... We arrived at 5:45pm after getting dinner, and the woman at checkin made a comment about us sneaking in early to pay a cheaper price... I guess at 6pm some "halloween" event starts, and the price spikes up. We honestly had no clue what she was talking about. She begrudgingly gave us coins, and told us how to get started. Mini golf was nice, minus the fact that since we were the only ones there, they didn't turn the lights on for us. I was able to snap a few pics before it got dark! We couldn't even see the course towards the end. One employee walked around us the whole time, smoking a pipe and "keeping an eye" on us. (A 65 year old, 23 year old, and 13 year old... Like we were up to no good at a mini golf course?) Every time I looked behind us, he would be there. Then another employee kept walking through the courses we were on, without bothering to say excuse me. On our final course, he stood directly behind us, waiting for us to finish up. We felt so rushed. Next trip to Jackson, we will be looking for another passtime.
