We had a birthday party for my 5 year old son at Cool Springz, and it was awesome! The manager, Debbie, was so accommodating and made sure the day was special. She checked in on us multiple times and went out of her way to make sure the party was perfect. Roy also helped us, and he was pleasant and helpful. I’d highly recommend for any party!!
Booked my child’s birthday party for 20 children. Pizza order took over .45 min to come out. And drinks about 20. -30 min. Many of my attendees ordered Variety of different food from the snack bar. It took over 45 minutes for them to make anything in a Fryer such as fries. Pizza was sent out after .45 the excuse was it was due to oven that was broken, and the priority was the pizzas for overbooked parties, including mine. Tons of young staff working was not very friendly or had good customer service. Staff them self was frustrated and would make many comments about the lead Megan and how today was just overwhelming with out her help. Many people requested their money back due to not receiving their order 8 people just in my party. And many more from others. We did not ever get a host or nor did anyone ever check in on how everything was. For spending close to $1000 for one birthday party it was very disappointing. I do not suggest this place. There is no excuse to consistently have no customer service or discuss the situation of what is going on with party guest so we are aware and do our best not to be upset. No reimbursement, not even a percentage was taken off the party very disappointed.
