Dave & Buster's Albuquerque

I was last here the night of 1/18/25 for UFC 311. At the door, the host was very accommodating. The appetizer and service was excellent. Games are always awesome! Great variety and they are rarely broken or out of service. Later in the evening, I overheard the manager on duty in the restaurant/bar handle a situation very professionally. There was a group of people who had a very strong smoke smell that overwhelmed the entire dining area. They politely asked the group to air out before rejoining the rest of their party. It seemed this turned into a bit of an exchange. I appreciated the manager’s consideration for everyone involved including the people who smelled of smoke. He did not ask them to leave or even questioned what they did. He simply objectively noted the strong smell, asked them to air, inviting them back in after. They elected to leave. It was a very good representation of handling an issue while avoiding escalation.
