Roman nose is a beautiful place in the summer or winter. In the wintertime, the atmosphere is magical and serene... you can hike,picnic,camp, and explore. In the summertime, it feels like a beautiful adventure with hiking, wading in the water and natural springs, camping, and more. It's a beautiful place with so much to see and experience for everyone.
I wasn't impressed the 1st time bc my heart was still in Black Mesa, but this visit was great. I found the falls and a new trail on the Lower Loop. The wildlife was awesome! Give yourself quite a few hours to explore and plenty of water. There are caves, falls, and beautiful scenery in the quiet.
