Overall bad experience. Associate Summer was the only person with customer service skills. I got a $13 chicken Caesar salad. I don’t recommend. It was the size of a side salad, not an entree. See pictures. The plate was maybe an inch deep. For that price, I could have gotten a burger and fries. When I questioned the manager about it, he offered nothing except to tell Corporate. He didn’t offer to take it back or a discount. Nothing. The girls got kids meals. The server asked if they wanted fries. Yes. The meal comes out with no fries. He says he will get them fries but never does. I asked for a manager. He says the kids meals don’t come with fries. That’s a training issue. He asks, “Do they still want fries?” Of course. The bartender was our server. He was overworked. Service was bad/slow. Then the girls waited 1.5 hours for a reservation ropes course. They are first in line at the specified time. An associate walks a large group around them. I say, they are in line. She said, “they are a birthday party. They go first.” I go to the manager and explain. He said birthday parties have a reservation like everyone and do not get to go around people in line. That worker was just bullying me. Then that birthday party associate starts complaining about me to other employees at the ropes course. The other employees throughout the venue were not friendly. They weren’t rude. But not friendly. Didn’t feel like a positive atmosphere.
