Unfortunately the Pro Shop guy, who checked us in for our 5:30pm Tee Time, seemed distracted and curt when we first arrived. We thought he must be having a bad day. We had a great time playing 18 holes. We started coming back around 8:30pm once the sun was setting. On our ride back to the Club House, the same guy who was having a bad day came to meet us and yelled, "Bring it in! You're late!" We parked our carts, packed up, and thought we should be nice to him since he seemed so distraught. We wished him a good night when he replied with, "It would be if you guys would follow the rules". We did not know what he was referring to, so we again tried to be nice to him, laughed and smiled. He did not like this. He yelled, "I told all of you 8:25!" We looked at one another with blank stares and asked him, "Who did you tell Sir?" He started walking away. We assumed he was not intentionally trying to be rude, maybe he just didn't hear us. So we asked louder, "Sir! Sir, who did you speak with!" But he kept walking further away with his hand in the air. It ruined our entire experience because we felt so bad for this poor old man who seemed to be having a tremendously rough day. He never said anything to any of us. We would have understood had he simply expressed his desire to go home and get his tumultuous day over with. I hope he is alright and we want him to know that everything is going to be okay.
