We experienced the speedway for the first time in Bend Oregon. Cameron went out of his way to make our experience a five star experience and his customer service was above and beyond. Justine was also so helpful and friendly. Great time had by kids and adults.
My 8yo grandson had wished for this experience! The staff made sure he was properly outfitted and buckled in. I was glad there were just 3 drivers at a time. Two in his group were a little older with many other visits/experience. This matters because the boys got competitive and the results are detailed in a printout for all three races. When three crashes occurred against the side rails, the staff were quick to help and reinforce the instructions. I was a little confused by what the gift card passes we purchased as a holiday special did or did not include. Maybe a receipt at the time of purchase—especially of a « special rate » would be helpful. Very fun experience for this boy and will definitely go back.
