Beautiful venue and incredible team at Brasada Ranch. The rooms are well designed and comforting while the property offers all the amenities you could ask for. The phrase "too good to be true" aptly describes this place. Exercise caution, as they may offer what appears to be an excellent deal for the use of their event space, which includes food service and other amenities. They promise to include certain items but may retract these at the last minute, resulting in additional costs for you. There is a tendency to alter the meal plan to incorporate less expensive food options. Additionally, they might run out of food during the event, leaving guests hungry and forced to purchase additional meals at the restaurant at their own expense. We will be returning to Sunriver for our recurring events because they deliver on their promises, and you get what you pay for.
