Running Y Resort

We rented a cabin here for Thanksgiving. We were excited upon pulling in because the location is beautiful. At check in and we were immediately surprised to find on they had tacked on hidden fees that were not listed when we booked the reservation.... I showed the front desk our reservation online and the confirmation email which did not state anything about a cleaning fee. The fee should be disclosed when the reservation is made. The check-in person was rude and uncaring. We got keys and drove to our cabin only to find it was 45° inside. The outside temperature was 28°, so not much of a difference. We called the front desk they said they would send a maintenance man. It took 1 hour for someone to arrive from maintenance. The temperature was barely above freezing and they could not have cared less. The maintenance person tinkered with the heater for a good 40 minutes before calling the front desk and asking them to place us in another room. The second cabin was not as nice and had a weird smell to it. There are no apologies made, it wasted our entire afternoon, I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.
