I started talking to owner, CJ, on 5/6 to get estimate. It was very high for a small yard but he refused the price for me. I met him and 2 workers on 5/22 to start the job. All they did was look at the lawn and tell me I needed edging under the fence to secure turf and we talked about taking out stones around HVAC and putting turf around it and Jonathan, one of the workers, said yes, we will remove stone and turf it and CJ said, that won't be a problem because we will have plenty of turf. I told them my townhouse was scheduled to get pressure washed the following week and they said it would be done in 3 days. As Memorial Day weekend approached only 1 guy showed up for a few hours each day. They dumped sand in my driveway, without my knowledge, for 3 days because all of the guys were going to be out of town for the long weekend, which I found out on the 24th. I was also notified my place was scheduled to be pressure washed on the 25th but there was still a pile of sand in my driveway. I was able to move the cleaning to the 29th or 30th and notified CJ. Due to rain there were delays and CJ did not leave town because he got sick but he did not come back to work on my lawn until 30th and there was still just 1 guy working whenever they seemed to fit me in. CJ put stone back around my HVAC and refused to turf around it. They broke a light and never told me but did replace it when I questioned him about it. My lawn was not done until June 6th but now CJ will not answer my texts to email me a paid invoice for the work for my files. Ad nice as my lawn looks, it was not a good experience and, if you use them, please get everything in writing upfront because they don't remember things they tell you will be done, any extra work is very costly and CJ became rude and argumentative towards the end of a 2-week job that was only supposed to take them 3 days!
