They had a difficult time accommodating us. The cable doesn’t work. The Managers response to the position of the sewer pipe on the site they tried to put us on was “THATS ON YOU” because we didn’t carry “three “ lengths of sewer hose. The better response from a professional standpoint should have been. “That’s not a problem let me see where we can move you” which is what they did in the end anyway. SO WHY try to fuel the fire, especially after we drove 1700 miles to get there. Hospitality training is in order if you refer to yourself as a “Resort” The restaurant is gross, the food was horrible. They completely messed up our meal (that we didn’t eat) as no one could understand English- then expected us to pay for it anyway. There were ants all over the floor. Just gross, AVOID AVOID AVOID On the plus side. The concierge service (Golf cart driver)that took us to our site was super nice and helpful. He made us feel looked after, then stopped to see us the next day for a very quick chat. I wish we could remember his name.
