Lance and crew keep the campgrounds spotless. Very friendly. They were always out checking on everyone and getting campers to their designated sites. We have enjoyed our stays with the KOA campground in Sioux Falls S.D. couldn't ask for friendlier people.
Awesome location, excellent customer service! Walking our dog, my husband observed the grounds were nice. As each camper leaves we saw someone from the park immediately go to the site to check on it - clean the grill, picnic table if needed, make sure everything was tidy. They were weeding the flower garden in the morning. The restrooms were spotless. This KOA is conveniently located right on the highway, the traffic noise was not a problem. It’s obvious the staff cares about the campground. We would definetely stay here again.
