My wife and I had our wedding ceremony at Tierra Santa Golf Course. We were able to utilize the area outside the clubhouse for the actual ceremony, and the inside (Tony's Grill) for our cocktail hour. Karla was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She stayed in contact with us the from the time we booked the venue, to the day of the wedding. She was there on the day of the actual wedding and things went so smoothly because of her. The bartenders killed it! Guests really enjoyed the cocktails and how efficiently they were able to get their drinks. Oscar met with us prior to the day of the wedding and made sure we were comfortable with the drink selections. We had no worries on the actual day of the wedding, we were taken care of very well by all the staff. I highly recommend Tierra Santa for anyone looking for a wedding venue. Our photos came out amazing because of the views, the sunset in our photos say it all. Thank you Tierra Santa staff for making our day extra special!
If I lived near Tierra Santa I would definitely get a membership. The golf course is almost always in good shape with greens that seem to be consistent all year. Over the last 5 years you can see that there are continuous improvements not just to the course but to all of the other things important to a country club. New golf carts, more employees, new clubhouse, new pro shop, and a fantastic bar and grill. The first time I visited the new Tony's bar and grill I was very surprised at how good the food was. Not the typical sandwiches or greasy food you'll find at most golf courses. The staff is always nice and accommodating along with the management and owners. The cart girls, maintenance, and restaurant staff are also very personable. If you live in the area I would highly recommend getting a membership or visiting this golf course. If you're too far away for a membership then the next time you're booking a tee time consider going to Tierra Santa.
