Waiting probably 20 more minutes than the first 20 minute estimate given. Paid for 2 games 5 people, almost $90. + Food. Went to follow up for bumpers and just so happens the lane we had (10) bumpers are either on or off for all players. Ended up running short of time and not using second game, had to jump through hoops to get a voucher for the already paid for 2nd game.. staff in general just not that willing to be helpful...
Well, it's evident by the recent reviews and my personal experience that this place is absolutely going downhill quickly. The customer interaction at the front desk by the Mr. Clean looking old man is horrible. I'm not sure why this guy chooses a job that requires human interaction. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will say McCall in the bar was incredible and kind. I would leave a better review just because of her, but I refuse because Derek was that horrible to deal with.
