All Star Bowling & Entertainment - West Jordan

To begin, other All Stars locations we have been to have been fine, this rating is for this location specifically. If you're looking to bowl here, I'd avoid it. We were placed in a lane and began playing, the first players ball got stuck, so we requested assistance. It took three attempts at the screen and then one of us going to the front desk to finally get help. After fixing it, the lane froze and broke again a few turns later. After a similar support request process, it broke again. We asked to be moved to a different lane and the front desk guy (who already had too much on his plate) told us how to reset the lane. We came to bowl, not reset the lane over and over again. The lane ended up freezing again, so we finally got moved to a different lane. Within a few turns, that lane froze as well, and we had to keep resetting it every couple of turns. The people in the lane next to us said they were having an equally terrible experience. $34 for what should have been an hour of bowling (probably around $40 after all the issues), does not seem worth it and I would not recommend it to anyone.
