My cousin gave us a $100 gift card for our kids to use for their birthday this month, and we were told that since they were bought in Costco, we cannot use it there?? Tried to talk to the manager to see why, but she straight up said to me that since the gift wasn’t purchased at this location, they would not be allowed to make payments. Long story short, when we checked in, the front desk cashier checked the gift cards, and she told us that we had $100, and we can use that after the game. I ended up paying $200 plus that I didn’t budget for, etc. Warning to people who plan to use gift cards etc. The whole experience is ridiculous, and I cannot believe the manager will not take 5 minutes to help. Now I have $100 Top Golf gift cards that I'm probably never going to use in any location.
Had a great golf lesson with Michael. I am a beginner and he was patient, helpful and fun to learn from. Overall, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back.
