During our visit the place was very quiet and restful during the week and much more lively during the weekend. You are surrounded by beautiful landscape and everything is manicured and well managed. There are plenty of activities for families in and around the housing complex and nearby tourist attractions.
This place was a awesome! Beautiful, new construction, this place was perfect for our four families to enjoy each other and the surrounding areas of Washington and St. George. Plenty of room in the four master suites with kids hanging out in the two triple-bunk beds. Well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. A place to enjoy during all four seasons. Can’t wait to come back when swimming and enjoying the lazy river are better suited to the warmer weather. The kids loved the arcade games upstairs. Great hiking in the area. Can’t wait to come back! 4/19/2023: Well, we came back and this time not only enjoyed the house and the amenities in the neighborhood, but also went e-bike riding on several of the trails around the area. Riding in the neighborhood and in the Snow Canyon and Tuacahn areas are breathtaking! Such a fun area with so many awesome places to explore!
