No free refills, no drink cups, even for water. Food is... okayish. Staff is great, though. Don't come if you have sensory issues - the whole place is loud, from the kids to the games to the speakers. To the owner who responded: Yes, I can appreciate that. But charging $3+ for a drink and then not allowing refills is a little outrageous. But, your business, your choice. Again, on the plus side, the staff was great. Especially the young lady at the cafe counter. I didn't catch her name (too loud), but she was there at 3 pm.
This place is amazing! It’s huge. It has an arcade, a large kid zone, a laser tag arena, a batting cage, putt putt course, and a go cart track. It’s about $10 per activity. You can spend the entire day here.
