Icicle Village Resort

Icicle Resort offers well-maintained and comfortable rooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, I was surprised to find that water bottles were not provided in the room and had to be purchased separately. Given the price of the rooms, a small gesture like complimentary water would enhance the experience. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, as reflected in their responses, which could have been more welcoming and attentive. While the resort provides adequate parking, navigating the property and locating rooms takes some time to figure out. Breakfast is included, but the options are quite basic. The eggs were well-prepared, but the sausages were disappointing. A bit more variety and quality in the breakfast offerings would be a welcome improvement. Overall, the resort itself is nice, but the service could definitely be better to match the premium feel of the property.
