Mt. Olympus - Parthenon Indoor Theme Park

Very disapointing very scary we had a medical emergency I call 911 but was trying to find someone who could tell me what the building was called or a name letter number etc telling them where to go they couldn't tell me anything before the paramedics got there my husband tried to get the employees to open up the gates so the paramedics could come through, the employees said no they have to go to the main entrance so they had to take the in thru the arcade up the elevators down the hall down the elevators thru the pool across the lot/ walkway to the theme park and all the way to the other side of the amusement park. We got the manager to open the gates so we could get her to the ambulance faster. She was OK after the night at the hospital. I'm really disappointed the employees should've been able to tell me what enterance(as in where should I tell them to go) there's nothing indicating - like on most large buildings like for a, b, c etc or something they need to get their emergency reaction response down. The least they could do is make sure employees know the name of the building they are in and have a name for each door. They tried to act like it was the ambulances fault they need to know where they can get in the fastest smh do better! this is before most spring breaks are down here it was not busy it will only get busier Also the email address in their response says it doesn't exist
