The good: staff was friendly and helpful. The waterpark itself was decent and had options for toddlers through adults. The bad: the room was extremely dirty and worn. We rented a villa and it was really dirty upon arrival. The floors were really dirty and there was old food on the previous guests on the floor in the bedroom. The walls were really dirty and showers had mold. One of the showers in our room didn’t work. The maintenance was response though when we called to fix it. Overall for the price I’d stay somewhere else. The rooms are very run down and dirty. I’ve been to other water parks for the same price or less that were much more well maintained.
We recently stayed here and unfortunately, things were very "run down" compared to our previous stays. ROOMS : 2/3 of our rooms were ready at a very early time (great.. this is a bonus).. but the 3rd room was not ready until closer to dinner time. The sliding glass door in our room was letting cold air and frost in. The body wash in the shower was completely empty. There were no extra pillows or blankets. WATER PARK : There was BARELY any tubes to use and it was not even that busy. Had to wait for at least 15 minutes to get a tube each time / most people were just going around the lazy river without a tube for this reason. FOOD : Bar was not serving food, yet did not have any postings that they weren't. Main restaurant was only doing an expensive buffet. Pizza place took about 10 minutes for each customers order. Over all, this sounds like a lot of complaints and little things... but for someone who doesn't do this type of thing often... I would have wanted to know about all of this before spending the weekend here with my family. Hopefully in the near future things change, or we will not be going back.
