Well our night started with a filthy room we had a maggot in one of the beds. The hotel staff even where questioning if the room had even been cleaned. We payed over 1400 to stay for the weekend and it started out nasty af. The hotel staff did apologize and promptly cleaned the room in its entirety but for that much we expected more.
This place is unorganized and would not recommend to anyone. You have to wait in line at the main hotel check in area just to pick up water park passes which were purchased online over 1hr. They can't just hand you the passes. The check in process takes for ever and not enough staff. A great place to waist time in. STAY AWAY !!!!!
